About the Test

What is the Array 10 – Multiple Food Immune Reactivity Screen?

The Multiple Food Immune Reactivity Screen (Array 10) evaluates immune reactions to 180 raw or modified foods, food enzymes, lectins, and artificial food additives, including meat glue, colorings, and gums.

Clinical Use

  • Evaluate immune reactions to foods
  • Early detection of dietary-related triggers of autoimmune reactivity
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the customized dietary protocol in your patient.

What Does the Array 10 – Multiple Food Immune Reactivity Screen Measure?

The Array 10 – Multiple Food Immune Reactivity Screen evaluates an individual’s immune system response to 180 antigens in food prepared in various ways. A complete list of all foods tested can be found below.

Which Patients is the Array 10 Best Used For?

Recommended for Patients Who

  • Seek a life-long health and wellness strategy.
  • Present with unexplained symptoms, whether gastrointestinal, neurological, dermatological, or behavioral.
  • Are suspected of having increased intestinal permeability, which is the gateway for environmentally-induced autoimmune disorders.

What Type of Sample is Needed to Complete the Array 10?

The Array 10 - Multiple Food Immune Reactivity Screen requires a blood specimen for analysis. The array collection kit includes blood specimen collection tubes and return packaging. A phlebotomist will collect a sample using the tubes supplied and then shipped to Cyrex Laboratories for evaluation. Results are sent to your Rupa Health Portal!

About the Test

The unique feature of this food immune reactivity assay is the measurement of IgG and IgA antibodies against raw and cooked food antigens that are associated with many autoimmune disorders, including dairy and eggs, grains, beans, nuts and seeds, vegetables, fruit, fish and seafood, meats, herbs, spices, gums, brewed beverages, and additives. These antibodies are detected in patients with broken oral tolerance, leaky gut, inflammation, and autoimmunity, and their detection can help in the monitoring of dietary protocols. Developed, published, and patented by Aristo Vojdani, PhD, MSc, CLS, known as the father of functional immunology, in 2009, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
