The ZRT salivary hormone profile tests the sex hormones and the adrenal hormones. All saliva female/male hormone profiles test waking levels of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, and cortisol. The three saliva profiles are distinguished by the number of times per day cortisol is tested. Saliva Profile I tests only one cortisol.
