ibs-smart is a diagnostic blood test that measures the levels of two antibodies, anti-CdtB and anti-vinculin, known to be elevated in patients who have IBS with a diarrheal component (IBS-D and IBS-M). This test cannot be ordered for patients under 18 years old. As of December 4, this test comes with the Tasso+ device, which allows patients to complete their blood collection at home.
