Practitioners can now see and handle specimen issues right from the Dashboard.
Here at Rupa, our goal is to streamline your clinic’s workflow so you can focus on what matters: patient care. We’ve launched a new feature that will allow you to streamline your billing process.
You can now add your own fee directly to lab orders through Rupa! You can include things like your interpretation fee, follow-up appointment, phlebotomy fee or more, and Rupa will pay you out.
Step 1: Connect your Stripe account & set your default name and amount (you'll be able to edit this per order!)
Step 2: Your patient pays Rupa for the testing + your fee all at once. You’re paid out once your patient’s results are in!

Now, you can see a breakdown of your ordered tests within the order, right from your patient dashboard! Without needing to click through pages, quickly:

We’re beyond excited to announce an updated, comprehensive, and flexible new way to navigate both our Lab Test Catalog and Cart!
When creating an order for your patients in the Cart, you now have the ability to filter by health category, lab company, sample type, and phlebotomy requirements! You can easily view test details and pricing, as well as search by specific biomarkers. At the top of the cart, you can save your lab test bundles and favorite tests.
We’ve also introduced a new home page for our Lab Test Catalog to help you navigate the growing list of lab tests and companies Rupa has to offer! Check out our “Discover Labs” page, where you can browse through all of our updated health categories and see each lab company’s specialty.
