The ordering physician must be PECOS certified for Part B Medicare Claims.
Patients must be covered by traditional Medicare Part B (Medical) as their primary insurance. This should be a red, white, and blue card (an example of this is shown on the right).
Other types of Medicare, such as Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Secondary will not be accepted.
