How it works

You’ll place the lab orders in the Rupa portal as usual.
You can start the lab order from either the Rupa portal or directly from your EHR.

Let Rupa handle the in between. Order status updates and full patient support, all available directly within Rupa.

All results will arrive directly in the Labs tab of your patient’s chart in Practice Better. You'll still receive them in Rupa as well.

Link Your Account

Link your Rupa Health account in Practice Better. Go to Practice Better Settings.

That's it!

All results will arrive directly in the Lab’s tab of your patient’s chart in Practice Better. You can check your Rupa account settings to make sure the connection is on. Connecting your EHR to Rupa will also enable the connection for everyone else in your clinic.

Connect your account

Link your Cerbo account from your Rupa portal. Go to Clinic Settings > EHRs and Integrations.

Find Rupa in your Cerbo Integrations

In Cerbo, navigate to Admin > Manage > Integrations to find Rupa Health. Click on “+ Add Rupa Health Account” to connect your account. Each account in a clinic should complete this step.

Import your lab tests into Cerbo

Select all the lab tests that you want to import from Rupa into your Orders/Labs Database in Cerbo. This only needs to be done once per clinic.

Let Rupa handle the in-between!

Get order status updates and full patient support, all available directly within Rupa.

Check results in Cerbo & Rupa

When Results are in, they’ll be available in both Rupa and your Imported Labs on Cerbo.

FAQ

Can I use both practitioner pay and patient pay when placing orders through Cerbo?

Yes! You can select your payment method directly in the Rupa Pop Up in Cerbo, in the same way you can on Rupa.

Can I still add my clinic fee through Cerbo?

Yes! You can set up your clinic's Custom Fee directly in Rupa. When placing orders in Cerbo, this fee will be automatically added to your Order Cart.

I already have my Stripe Account connected in Cerbo. Do I need to connect my stripe account in Rupa too?

Yes. To use an Add-On Fee, you need to connect to Stripe directly in Rupa as well.

Can I stock kits in the office, and place In Office Kit orders through Rupa with Cerbo?

Yes! You can order In Office Kit supplies directly on Rupa. When placing an order in Cerbo, select “In Office Kit” as your delivery method, the same way you do in the Rupa Portal.

I’m trying to integrate my Rupa account in Cerbo and it says I don’t have access. What do I do?

Double check your user profiles restrictions! You can check these under admin > manage > users. If you still aren’t sure, reach out to [email protected].

I use Cerbo’s Tracking over Time feature, can I still use this with Rupa Health?

Yes! Lab Data will be available automatically for Access Medical, Doctor's Data, ZRT, and Boston Heart. You can still manually add data for all other labs.

Does everyone in my clinic (practitioners and admins) need to integrate their individual account?

Yes! Each account need to be integrated to successfully place and receive orders.
