All results will arrive directly in the Lab’s tab of your patient’s chart in Practice Better. You can check your Rupa account settings to make sure the connection is on. Connecting your EHR to Rupa will also enable the connection for everyone else in your clinic.
Yes! You can select your payment method directly in the Rupa Pop Up in Cerbo, in the same way you can on Rupa.
Yes! You can set up your clinic's Custom Fee directly in Rupa. When placing orders in Cerbo, this fee will be automatically added to your Order Cart.
Yes. To use an Add-On Fee, you need to connect to Stripe directly in Rupa as well.
Yes! You can order In Office Kit supplies directly on Rupa. When placing an order in Cerbo, select “In Office Kit” as your delivery method, the same way you do in the Rupa Portal.

Yes! Lab Data will be available automatically for Access Medical, Doctor's Data, ZRT, and Boston Heart. You can still manually add data for all other labs.
