We send you testing instructions.

You'll automatically receive your results

When you click on your course practitioner's link to testing

You'll checkout with us.

You have the option to pay using Credit, Debit, HSA, FSA, or a 3-Month Payment Plan.

Depending on where you live and which lab company you ordered from, your kits will arrive in about 2-4 business days.

While your kits are in the mail, we'll send you information via email on how to prepare. These cheat sheets include key details like timing, restrictions on food and supplements, and how to collect your sample.

Phlebotomy

We send you resources to help you understand your phlebotomy options.

We send you customized phlebotomy options based on your zip code in our instructions e-mail.

Your practitioner can also set their own preferred phlebotomist and have us send you there.

You'll receive a kit that you need to bring to the blood draw.

There’s usually an additional cost that is paid directly to the phlebotomist. Look for the average price in your instructions email.
